MSC – sustainable fishing
The MSC stands for Marine Stewardship Council and is an international, independent certification program that aims to protect oceans and safeguard seafood supplies for the future. The MSC rewards those producers within the fish industry who want to run a sustainable business by using the blue logo on their products. The MSC logo is therefore the consumers guarantee that the fish is caught under sustainable conditions.
ASC
ASC (Aquaculture Stewardship Council) is a certification standard that ensures sustainable, environmentally, and socially responsible fish farming.
